About Jean & Belle

In Loving Memory of Arva Jean, My Grandmother
Whose spirit still guides me.

The hands behind the art.
Chloe Belle

I’ve always been a wanderer. The kind of person who’s constantly chasing new roads, new skies, new quiet corners of the world. Growing up in southern Mississippi, life felt small, but my curiosity was anything but. I wanted to see more, feel more, make more. That sense of wonder has carried me across more than 28 states and led me to some of the most beautiful, unexpected places. But the biggest thing I ever discovered wasn’t out there on the road. It was the kind of work I could do with my own two hands.

I started Jean & Belle in April 2024, not with a full plan, but with a deep desire to learn. I’d always loved art, texture, and making things from scratch, and I had this growing need to create something real and lasting. I started with simple wire designs, slowly teaching myself how to shape and build. My only goal at the time was to learn how to solder. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d fall in love with the process.

Silversmithing isn’t just a craft to me. It’s become the way I speak. Every bend, every strike of the hammer, every stone I set is a way to tell a story. Working with metal is grounding and empowering. It’s hands-on, detail-heavy, and deeply creative. It gives me the freedom to take an idea that exists only in my head and turn it into something people can wear, hold, and pass down. That transformation from thought to touch is what keeps me going.

I’m endlessly inspired by the places I’ve been, the textures of the earth, and the contrast between soft and strong. Each piece I create is a reflection of those contrasts. Grit and grace, delicate and bold, earthy and refined. I still have so much to learn, and that’s part of what I love most. There’s always a new technique to explore, a new way to express something through silver, stone, and fire.

If you’ve supported my work or are just discovering it now, thank you for being here. Every order, every message, every kind word means the world to me. This isn’t just jewelry. It’s my heart, my hands, and my creative voice, all poured into something I hope you’ll love.
